About Me

I am a senior fundraiser with ample experience initiating and managing philanthropic projects. I've served in several management positions in The Jewish Agency For Israel for over 8 years, including managing the Fund for Victims of Terror. In my last position I managed the fundraising division in the Department of Aliyah and Absorption.

I then became the director of resource development at The Foundation for the Benefit of Holocaust Victims in Israel, a charity with an annual income of over $100 million dollars. I successfully established the fundraising department, and within two years the foundation increased its income by over 350%.

After 10 years of work in the non-profit sector I became involved in the area of social business investments. At this point I decided to create my own business. With Neiger Consulting I am able to combine my passion for Israel with my passion for philanthropic projects and social investments.

I was born in Jerusalem and am the 5th generation in Jerusalem on my father's side, and my mother is a Holocaust survivor - hidden by a Christian family in Poland - who made Aliyah to Israel in 1949 as a child. I hold a B.A. in psychology and communications and am a graduate of the Mandel Institution's Leadership Program. I am currently based in San Diego, California.
